The Trinity Leadership Program is a fully-funded fellowship offered by the Trinity Church in the USA. The program is designed for individuals individuals who want to deepen their faith inspired and value driven mindsets and skills to effectively lead organisations and serve communities.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
- A stable internet access throughout the year
- Must be willing to travel to New York City between September 14-19, 2025 (including securing necessary visas and other travelling requirements)
- Be an active person of faith
- Must be able to show proof of achievement of goals that are in the Common good of their community
- Must be naturally inclined to building relationships and engaging with people
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to balance personal ambition with the ability to listen and take criticism
- Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
HOW TO APPLY
The application will require the following:
- A short resume(Not more than 2 pages) uploaded as Word or PDF document
- A short biographical profile of 100 words or less. Only include information that you are comfortable with sharing with the masses
- Short-answer question: In 200 words or less, please describe an instance where you supported a group to achieve or create an initiative
- Essay question: In less than 500 words, describe your personal leadership journey as shaped by your faith
- Conclude your application with 2-3 sentences describing what you intend to bring to the fellowship and what you plan on learning throughout the program.
