Isaac Mintah, born on October 6, 1994, in Aboso, Western Region of Ghana, is a dynamic individual driven by a deep passion for personal and professional growth. As a sceond child to his mother, Elizabeth Amponsah, Isaac’s upbringing was grounded in the values of perseverance, determination, and resilience.

Education has been a cornerstone of Isaac’s life journey. He commenced his academic pursuit at Aboso Bosomtwi Junior High School, achieving his Basic Education Examination Certificate in April 2011. His educational journey continued at Nsein Senior High School, culminating in a successful WASSCE completion in General Science in June 2014. Eager to expand his horizons, Isaac pursued higher education at Elearn College in the UK, earning a Diploma in Private Investigating in August 2018.

Isaac’s unquenchable thirst for knowledge led him to the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, where he completed a program in Strategic Business Management in November 2020. Presently, Isaac is furthering his academic prowess as a student at the University of the People, diligently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Since 2014, he has held a pivotal role as an HR Administrator at G4S Ghana Limited, demonstrating exceptional acumen in workforce management and support. Isaac’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his pursuit of various professional certifications and career development training. He notably obtained the Certified Human Resources Management Professional certification and earned the title of Certified Human Resource Business Partner in May 2023. Isaac’s accomplishments also encompass the distinction of being a Certified Strategic Management Analyst (CSMA) from The Global Academy of Finance and Management, a recognition earned in November 2020. Furthermore, his dedication to safety and health is reflected in his certified designation as an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (OSHS) through training from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training, completed in September 2016.
