Nurses evacuate new born babies as fire rages Korle Bu babies ward this morning.

Nurses on duty are aiding transfer of babies to safety.

Currently, the cause of the fire is unknown but the sight of fire extinguishers may indicate that efforts to put fire off proved futile.

In a video sighted, one of the nurses who were available was heard calling for help as he lamented on the fact that the fire service personnel they called have delayed in coming to fight the fire.

No causality has been recorded yet.
