Around 3 p.m. on November 19, 2022, it was a frightening moment when the chains holding the wood logs to the truck loosened during a busy Saturday afternoon trade session, causing the logs to fall off the truck in the middle of the market.

A vehicle carrying logs was involved in an accident on Saturday in the heart of the Bogoso market in the Western Region, leaving one person confirmed dead. Three other people, who suffered various injuries, are being treated in a hospital.

Meanwhile, a video showing the entirety of the event has surfaced. When the vehicle lost control, individuals can be seen on the CCTV film running for their lives.
