Ghanaian entertainer Rosemond Alade Brown, prominently known as Akuapem Poloo, faces a limit of three years in prison for going bare via online media with her child.
An Accra Circuit Court on Wednesday indicted her and requested for a pregnancy test for her before her condemning on Friday 16 April 2021..
The court said in the law, prior to giving over a sentence on a female charged individual who had not arrived at menopausal age, a pregnancy test should be led.
She has, subsequently, been remanded into police authority for her to be shipped off any administration clinic for the test.
She is required to return on Friday, 16 April 2021, for condemning.
Akuapem Poloo is being held over charges of distribution of disgusting materials and two includes of participating in aggressive behavior at home.
She conceded to every one of the three charges and was indicted on her own request by the court directed by Christina Cann.
The guard counsel, Andy Vortia, who appeared to be astounded by the court’s organization, said the request inferred that his customer would have been indicted.

Current realities as described by the indictment, driven by Chief Inspector Agartha Asantewaa, were that the complainant, Bright K. Appiah, head of Child Rights International Ghana, had requested of the chief general of CID about a naked photograph posted on Instagram by Akwapem Poloo that had circulated around the web.
On June 30 this year, the arraignment said Rosemond commended her child’s seventh birthday celebration and she took her naked pictures along with her child who was likewise half-exposed and posted same on her Instagram page which became a web sensation via web-based media.
The photos pulled in remarks, adding that the conduct of the charged individual was probably going to diminish the respect of her seven-year-old child among others.
The arraignment said the complainant appealed to the chief general CID and the matter was alluded to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU).
Rosemond, the arraignment said, was captured and in her alert assertion, conceded posting the bare picture with her child inadvertently.
A review going with the image read: “I’m stripped before you since this is the means by which bare I was bringing forth you, so on the off chance that you discover me lying some place don’t pass by yet consider me to be your mother who rejuvenated you.”
The indictment held that Rosemond purposely posted the naked picture along with her child.
