Eligibility Criteria

- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a developing member country of the ADB.
- Educational Background: Must have a four-year bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (e.g., a three-year bachelor’s degree plus a one-year master’s degree).
- Work Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience after completing their university degree.
