Hunters Group of Nigeria Recruit and Train New Personnel

In order to meet up with the security challenges facing the country, especially the North West, the Hunters Group of Nigeria, HGN has recruited several hundred of men and is set to commence training of theses men .

According to an official of the HGN,ACG, Abdulhakeem Ibrahim, the training of the new recruits would take place at the Civil Defence Training School in Katsina .

ACG Ibrahim explained that “the training is a four days program which will teach the recruits the basic arts of border patrol, curbing insecurity such kidnapping and banditry.

He further highlighted that,

‘The  personnel to be trained wetr newly recruited from the North West of the country namely Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Kano, Jigawa, Zamfara

and Sokoto States.

“And at the end of the four days course, we shall a more determined and capable hunters group which would be well prepared to tackle any form of security challenges” he added, ACG Ibrahim added.

Currently , the HGN and the recruits are billeted at the Civil Defence Training School Katsina at the time of filing this report.
