Mr Bernard Allotey Jacobs was the former Central Region Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Today, NDC in a detailed press statement announced the official sacking of Mr Allotey Jacobs after finding him guilty of “misconduct and anti-party behaviour.”

The announcement comes weeks after Mr Jacobs announced he was no longer a member of the NDC party.

Mr Allotey Jacobs has hit back at NDC following his expulsion from the party today.

Speaking with Starr FM, monitored by Mintah.net, Mr Jacobs said many members will soon ditch the NDC party because it is a ‘devil’s den.’

“If you’re in that party, you are in the devil’s den.”  he fumed.

He further stated that he has decided to support President Akufo-Addo and Vice-President Dr. Bawumia after being sacked by NDC.

According to him the policies rolled out by Nana Akufo-Addo and his administration made it easy to declare his support for NPP.

“I don’t know whether they are brainless or what? How can you say you’ve expunged me when two weeks ago, I expunged myself from the party?” he added.
